2 3/8 Sch. 40 New Pipe Construction. 14 gauge Sheet Steel around the outer perimeter and 12 gauge on all of the gates.
One Piece Design.
3 gates create a cornerless tub that has full rotation and closes to the alley completely.
Replaceable ball bearings act as rollers between the gates and overhead track and rollers are used to return the gates.
Large Rubber bumper creates a friction brake on the large gate and can be easily locked open to return to the open position.
10' 180° weighs ~2100 lbs
Spring Loaded Brake
Spring loaded large rubber friction brake will lock the main gate anywhere along the perimeter with positive stop points added. Brake can be locked open to reset the tub. Extended handle can be operated from the outside perimeter or the tub.
What makes it cornerless?
3 gates operate together to eliminate the interior corner to help facilitate flow. When operating the tub, the gates roll on each other using ball bearings and close simultaneously. They reset to the open position simultaneously as well using overhead track and rollers.
