Standard 20ft. Adjustable Working Alley

  • 2 3/8" pipe construction with 14 ga sheet metal.

  • 2x 80" gates, 2x 25" gates with spring loaded latches.

  • Working width from 29.5" - 18"

  • Grease zerks on every hinge point.

  • Optional sliding rear gate with 4" steel greasable rollers.

  • Optional powder coated finish.

  • Standard 20’ with sliding gate weighs ~2050lbs

  • Custom lengths are available up to 28’

  • Other custom changes can be made upon request.

The Sliding Rear Gate

-Fully integrated into the frame

-4” greaseable steel roller

-3/8” thick angle iron track and roller assembly

-12 ga track cover for added strength

Sliding Rear Gate (Push vs Pull)

The rear sliding can either be pulled toward you or pushed away from you. The typical working side would be considered the left side and that would be considered the controlling side. The controlling side can be flipped as well as the adjustable wall and gates.

The Adjustable Wall

The adjustable wall features a standard A-frame trailer jack which is bolted on and can be replaced easily if necessary someday. It adjust from 29.5” - 18”.

Electric Trailer Jack

An electric trailer jack can be mounted in place of the standard jack with a Milwaukee 18V or Dewalt 20V battery as the power source. The electric jack can always be operated manually if necessary.

This option is an additional $200. (battery not included)

Greaseable Hinges

Grease zerks on every hinge point. 26 zerks in total on a standard 20’ alley.

Palpation Gate

The front small gate at the exit of the alley opens inward and locks acting as a palpation gate.

4 Piece Latch

4 Piece machined latches with replaceable spring that pass through the pipe for added strength
